BABBLE Issue Three launch BABBLE is the online Creative Writing magazine for students in European Languages and Cultures at the University of Edinburgh. Image Come along to celebrate the release of our third issue, which is on the theme of ‘Lost in Translation'.This issue sees 24 individual and group contributions, ranging from poems and short stories, to opinion pieces, recipes and reviews. The event will feature readings from Issue Three, as well as drinks and nibbles.About BABBLEBABBLE is a creative space for our students to practise writing in European languages and receive useful feedback and guidance.We want to showcase what we’re good at, grow our sense of community, and promote multilingualism.Our editorial committee is made up of students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) and staff from all six areas of European Languages and Cultures.BABBLE was launched in January 2018 with the support of alumni and friends of the University of Edinburgh through an Innovation Initiative Grant (now Student Experience Grants).Find out more about BABBLEAre you interested in studying languages at the University of Edinburgh?All our undergraduate language programmes include a year abroad, either studying or working.
