Chinese Studies alumni

Read stories from our graduates in Chinese and find out how to connect with former classmates.

Chinese is such an exciting language to study. It can open so many doors, but we know that it can sometimes be difficult to know where to find those doors and how to knock. I hope our alumni network will provide a platform for students and graduates to share experience and expertise, allowing students to graduate with a clearer understanding of what their skills are, why they matter and how to apply them - wherever their interests may lie.

Stay connected

Join our the Edinburgh Chinese Studies Alumni Association group on LinkedIn to collaborate and connect with Chinese Studies graduates.

Find out about masters or graduate programmes and get notifications about job and networking opportunities, including with partner associations such as Young China Watchers.

I want future students to feel like they’ve not only chosen a degree programme, but that they’ve joined a community that will support and enrich their engagement with the Chinese-speaking world throughout their studies and career. Whether you're a current or past student of Chinese at the University of Edinburgh, welcome to our network!
