Dr Corinne Bigot is Maîtresse de Conférences of Postcolonial Literatures at Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès, France. Her research interests include the postcolonial short story, Commonwealth literature (particularly of Canada), diasporic literature, diasporic women, and life writing. She has published extensively on Canadian short story writer Alice Munro.

Dr Sam Coombes is Senior Lecturer in French and Francophone Studies at The University of Edinburgh. He has an interest in the fields of political philosophy/the history of ideas/cultural studies, also in a comparatist perspective, an interest in postcolonial studies, and also in intermedial studies.

Françoise Král is Professor of Contemporary Literature and Diaspora Studies at Université Paris Nanterre, and Director of the Centre de Recherches Anglophones. Her current research explores poetics in world literature, reading and writing in globalisation, neo-imperial hegemonies and multilingual literature.

Jennifer Rutherford is Professor in Sociology and Literature and Director of the J.M. Centre for Creative Practice at Adelaide University. Her most recent work explores melancholia in Australian culture, as well as narrative, memory and place-making.
