'Responsibilities, resistances and hos(ti)pitalities: Literature, Film and "ethnography" in post-dictatorial Argentina'. A free seminar by our colleague Dr Mauro Greco (University of Edinburgh).
About the speaker
Mauro Greco is a postdoctoral research fellow on the ERC-funded project "Illuminating the ‘Grey Zone’: Addressing Complex Complicity in Human Rights Violations". He holds a PHD (2016) from the University of Buenos Aires and has worked as a visiting postdoctoral fellow at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), in Paris, France (2016-2017). His research interests are located in the area of political memory. Mauro focuses in particular on Argentina’s latest military dictatorship, its competing memories and representations. He is the author of numerous articles in national and international academic journals.
