Professor Frédéric Volpi is the Director of the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Centre for the Study of Islam in the Contemporary World. Image He earned his PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2000. Before coming to Edinburgh in 2018, he was as a Senior Lecturer in the School of International Relations at the University of St Andrews.
